Samantha Formica

Samantha is an associate attorney in Dymera IP's trademark practice, where she assists clients with trademark registration, licensing, portfolio management, and brand protection strategy. She works closely with colleagues across the firm's broader intellectual property practice to deliver comprehensive legal services to clients. She also remains active in the firm's pro bono initiatives.

 

Samantha grew up in Denver and earned her B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado, including a semester of full-immersion study at the Universidad de Granada in Spain. She went on to earn her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon, where she gained early legal experience in consumer protection, municipal law, and criminal prosecution.

 

With a background in international affairs and a career shaped by public service, Samantha brings a global perspective and a wide-ranging legal foundation to her work in trademark law.
